How do I get started?

Sign up and you start on the Starter plan (Free). Signing up asks for no credit card. When you need more storage or more modules, upgrade to Pro ($45.95/mo). Compare the plans on the pricing page.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Pro starts a new paid subscription straight away, through Stripe checkout; nothing is prorated. Moving back to Starter takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the rest of that period is not refunded.

Is my data secure?

LOTULIS is served only over HTTPS, and browsers are told to always use HTTPS for it (HTTP Strict Transport Security). Card payments are handled by Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

Your LOTULIS subscription is paid by card through Stripe checkout.
