Gallery Management

Create a listing, upload its media, and deliver it to your clients with one email.

A listing holds everything for one property: its media, its property websites and the clients it is delivered to.

Creating a listing

  1. Open HQ in the sidebar and go to Listings.
  2. Click New Listing.
  3. Enter the property address, choose the client, and optionally link an order.
  4. Click Create Listing.

Add beds, baths, square footage and the rest under Property Details on the listing afterwards. An order can also create its listing for you: see Order Management.

Uploading media

A listing has five media sections:

  • Images: photos
  • Floor Plans: floor plan images or PDFs
  • Videos: uploaded video files or video links
  • Interactive: 3D tours and other embeds
  • Documents: PDFs and Word documents

To upload, click Add on a section, then drag and drop your files or click to choose them. Drag photos to change their order. Each section can be collapsed, and you can drag the sections into a new order.

Property websites

A listing gets its property website when it is created with a full address. If one is missing, Generate Website Now appears under Property Websites. There are two versions:

  • Branded Website: carries your business branding
  • Unbranded Website: a clean version for MLS and marketing

Clients can share both links. You can also point a domain you own at the website: see Connect a Custom Domain.

Delivering to clients

  1. Open the listing and click Add Customer (or Manage Customers once it has some) to choose who receives it. Adding a customer sends no email.
  2. Click Deliver Listing. The window lets you also complete the linked orders, send their invoices, and edit the email.
  3. Each customer gets the Listing Delivered email with the links to the work.

After the first delivery the button reads Resend Listing, which sends the email again.

Listing statuses

  • Processing: work in progress, not delivered yet
  • Delivered: delivered to the client
  • Completed: delivered, and every linked order is completed
  • Archived: finished and stored
