LOTULIS powers service businesses end to end: what you sell, the orders that come in, the work you deliver and the invoices you send, all in one place. It started with property media, and it works for any business where clients book your time, you deliver work, and you get paid.

What LOTULIS does

  • Listings that hold a job's media: photos, videos, floor plans, documents and interactive tours
  • A download page for each listing, where your clients view and download their files without signing in
  • Orders with their time held on your calendar
  • Invoices with online card payments through Stripe
  • Property websites for a listing, generated when the listing has a full address and shared in the delivery email when your plan includes it
  • A CRM for your clients and contacts

How it works

  1. Set up your services and how each one is priced.
  2. Take an order for a client. Confirming it creates the listing and a draft invoice.
  3. Upload the work to the listing.
  4. Deliver the listing. Your client gets an email with the links.
  5. The client opens the link to view and download, with no sign-in needed.
  6. Get paid. Send the invoice, and the client pays online.
