Set up your business on LOTULIS: your company details, your services, your first client and your first delivery, plus a tour of the dashboard.

Getting set up

Step 1: Add your company details

Open Company in Settings (from the account menu at the top right) and add your business name, logo, contact details, timezone and address.

Step 2: Set up your services

Add what you sell on the Services tab of Services. Each service has a pricing strategy, and modifiers add fees or discounts on top.

Step 3: Add your first client

Open CRM and click Add Contact. Adding a contact sends no email.

Step 4: Create and deliver your first listing

Create a listing under HQ, Listings, upload the work, and add your client as its customer. Adding the customer sends nothing: clicking Deliver Listing sends your client the email with the links.

The dashboard

Dashboard gives you a view of the business:

• Today's Schedule: today's orders, whose status you can change right there
• Recent work: your latest work
• Outstanding invoices: what clients still owe
• Quick Actions: New Order, New Service and New Client

It also shows your revenue, order and client totals, and charts of how the business is doing.
