Can I have multiple team members?

Yes, on every plan, with no seat limit. Click Invite to team in the CRM, enter their email and choose their roles: a preset role or one of your own. They show as Invited until they accept.

Can clients see each other?

No. A client sees only the work delivered or shared to them, never another client's.

How do payments work?

Connect your Stripe account under Billing in Settings. Clients pay your invoices online, and Stripe pays the money out to your bank on its payout schedule. LOTULIS keeps a platform fee of 0.25% of each payment.

What file formats are supported?

• Photos: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF
• Videos: MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI
• Floor plans: JPEG, PNG, WebP, PDF
• Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX
• 3D tours and embeds: links from Matterport, Zillow, Kuula, Theasys, YouTube and Vimeo

Is there a file size limit?

Each photo can be up to 50 MB and each video up to 5 GB. Your total storage depends on your plan.
